Obituary of David Joseph "Joey" Fusco

David Joseph “Joey” Fusco, 24, became one of Heaven’s newest angels on May 14, 2014, in Charleston, WV where he worked and made his home. He was born in Charleston, WV on 8-18-89 and is the son of mother and step-father, Molly and Jack Vannoy of Westover, and father and step-mother, Dave and Gay Logston of Charleston. Joey enjoyed spending time with friends and family. He also liked basketball and football. He hunted, fished and loved being outdoors, but his favorite thing was WWE Wrestling. In addition to his parents and step-parents, Joey is survived by his maternal grandmother, Virginia Fusco. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins, step siblings and step nephews. He had a special bond with his cousin Jennifer. Preceding him in death were his maternal Grandfather, Albert G. Fusco, Paternal Grandparents Don and Ruth Ann Logston and an infant brother. He was buried in Peterstown Cemetery, in Peterstown, WV on May 20, 2014 There will be a Memorial Service at St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church – on Sunday, June 1 at 2:00 in the St. Theresa’s Chapel with Fr. Mark Ward presiding. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Joey’s name to St. Francis De Sales Church - 1 Guthrie Lane, Morgantown, WV 26508
