I am so upset to hear about your fathers passing. Him and I had become very close over the years. Your father came in to Panera every morning for so long and then as he got sick his visits became fewer. That is when I began to go check on him at home from time to time. I lost him for a little while once he was placed in the nursing home, but I searched for him and found him again. I was able to go see him from time to time there as well. He was such a good man and I always enjoyed sitting with him and listening to stories or him crack jokes with me. I can say I am blessed to have been friends with him and to have known him. I just found out of his passing so I am sorry I missed the services. I am truly sorry for your family's loss and your father will be deeply missed.
I had the pleasure of meeting your dear father a few
years ago. He was such a sweet soul! I was immediately overwhelmed by him - his personality, kindness, knowledge and his stories! I realized what I had missed by not knowing him longer!
