Joe and Caroline (Inga's neighbor) send our heartfelt condolences at this most difficult time. I, Caroline, just lost my mother, Mary Cotter , 90, on October 31. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. If Joe and myself can do anything for you, please contact us.
Inga was such a wonderful lady. I met her when we move here in 2008. I spent some time with her and we talked for hours about her life and mine, It was such a wonderful time.
