Obituary of Mary Kathleen Mayfield

Mary Kathleen (Lemley) Mayfield, 89, of Madison Avenue, Morgantown passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2015, at Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born in Mt. Morris, PA on August 21, 1925, the daughter of the late Phineas and Winona (Headley) Lemley. She attended Christian Missionary & Alliance Church. Mary is survived by two sons and spouses, James Mayfield and Sue of Morgantown and Ronald Keith Mayfield and Karen of Greer, SC; grandchildren and spouses, Carmen and Clark Dunn of Morgantown, Kelly and Scott Benson of Morgantown, Douglas Keith and Martha Mayfield of Anderson, SC and Cortnie and John White of Simpsonville, SC; great-grandchildren, Emily and Aubrey Benson, William Keith and Sarah Douglas Mayfield, Jacob, Helen and Samantha White. Also survived by, two nieces and one nephew. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Keith Mayfield, who passed away in 2005, three brothers, Clarence, James and Edward Lemley two sisters, Luretta Hess and Madelon Minor. Family and friends will be received at Christian Missionary & Alliance Church, 308 Elmhurst Street, Morgantown on Friday, from 9a.m until the time of the service at 10:45a.m.with Pastor Douglas Miller officiating.
