Kerr was indeed a force of nature! It was great fun working with her on gardening projects - and just being around her in general. I had no idea she went to St. Catherine's! I graduated from the sister school, St. Anne's, as when my family applied to St. Catherine's, enrollment was filled. We never knew to discuss this. We would have had some notes to compare for sure! She will be so missed as a force of light, laughter, and love Please accept my condolences.

Anyone who ever met Kerr knew, instantly, that she was a force to be reckoned with. There will never be another quite like Kerr Crosby. She was, in a word,
Magnificent.
Blessings to her family,
Kimberly Honaker

My deepest sympathy to you all. I worked with Dr. Crosby (Tom) while employed at Morgantown Internal Medicine Group as a transcriptionist. Drake was a regular fixture at the office. Dr. Crosby shared his love of birds with everyone. One special topic was the infamous mockingbird that nested in the plum tree outside his office door.
I lived "just around the corner" on Aspen Street. I commuted (on foot) to and from work daily and the street on which your parents made their lovely home was part of that daily commute. In later years, when Tom could no longer come to the office to work, I would sometimes stop and chat with him (and Drake) if they happened to be out in the yard. Kerr's horticultural skills (landscaping included) were a constant treat for my eyes. Every time I see a bird or view the lovely baskets hanging on the street posts downtown Morgantown, I will think fondly of your parents.
Peace be with you all.
