I worked with Fran many years ago......late '70's, early 80's. We stayed in touch through the years with his always funny e-mails! Fran was such a fun, kind and generous person. We had some good times while working at the FCI! He will be missed.

Fran was a wonderful human being and someone I will miss greatly. From the first time I ever met him when he pitched me on coaching Bocce for Special Olympics I could tell he was a warm and compassionate person. He cared so much for Ralph and for Special Olympics in Mon. County. He was the reason I started coaching and volunteering and was always a voice of reason I could turn to with concerns. My heart goes out to all of Fran's family and I hope that time and the support of others can help in some small way to handle this enormous loss.

To the Family, especially to Carmella, Ralph, and Mike:
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your Father. He will be remembered always in my heart. He attended so many St. Francis activities, he was there when I worked and helped a Special Olympics, I do not know how many times I had seen him and Ralph at Suburban Lanes. His memory lives in my heart and I am sure if my Mother would still be here, she would send the same sentiments.
