Dear Family and Friends,
My heart goes out to you in this time of loss. I remember Kathy from our days at Morgantown High School and on the occasions when we met at our school reunions. I remember her contagious energy. She was kind and drew people to her effortlessly.
I feel blessed to have known her and will hold her always in fondness.
May our Lord and Savior Jesus the Christ be with you, now and forever. May he welcome is daughter, gently, into his presence.

I didn't know Kathy well. We would always talk for a minute or two when I passed her house on a walk around the neighborhood. She was always friendly, like we had known each other for ages....I'll miss her a lot. Prayers of comfort for Kathy's family and friends.

Kathy was a skilled co-worker, giving neighbor, faithful church member at St. Mary, astute gardener and expert cook - and those are just the things I know from first-hand shared experience. She loved her family, her friends, her church, good food and comeraderie, all things Italian. She leaves a legacy.

Kathy's parent's home is located in the same neighborhood as my Grandparent's home. I was very young when my family moved away from Morgantown. Summertime and holiday visits "Up on the Hill" where all the more special because Kathy was a most important part of the friendships on that block.In the past few years Kathy would share her memories of those times with me and her humor always brought me joy.Her recall of stories from the 1960's was impeccable. She could make me smile and tear up at the same time. ~Cherish is the word I use to describe, all the feelings that I have...for our Kathy ~ My cherished friend. Until we meet again, thank you for reminding me of the lyrics to the songs of my youth. <3
