Margaret Gentry, 87, of Jarrell, Texas passed away Wednesday, December 2, 2015. Margaret was born on December 7, 1927 in Morgantown, WV, the daughter of the late George and the late Margaret Kilb Medrick. She married Furman Eugene Gentry on January 7, 1956 and he preceded her in death in 2002. She was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family and friends. She loved her grandchildren and they called her “Gamma”. She will be missed dearly. She was a member of St. Mary’s Orthodox Church, Westover. Survivors are one son, Kevin and Jennifer Gentry of Temple, TX; one sister, Elizabeth George of Morgantown; five grandchildren. Family and friends will be received at St. Mary’s Orthodox Church, 19 West Park Ave., Westover, Thursday, December 10th from 9a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11a.m with Reverend Father Matthew Stagon officiating, Interment will follow in East Oak Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Mary’s Orthodox Church, 19 West Park Avenue, Westover, WV 26501.
