Patty Luevon Fazenbaker, 68, of Morgantown, passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at her home. She was born in on May 3, 1947 in Elkins, WV; the daughter of the late Dale McCellan Fazenbaker and Gertrude Ellen (Vanscoy) Fazenbaker. Patty was a member of the Sabra United Methodist Church in Sabraton. She retired from the Frontier Telephone Company as a telephone operator. She is survived by her sister and brother; Nancy Ryan (Ray) of Newburgh, IN, and Gary Fazenbaker (Sandy) of Morgantown. Family and friends will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce Street, Morgantown Thursday, March 10th from 4-8pm. Visitation will continue on Friday, March 11th from 10a.m until the time of the funeral service at 11am with Rev. Larry Buckland officiating. Interment will follow in East Oak Grove Cemetery.
