Dorinda and Family, I think you will remember from school. Our dad's worked for the B&O railroad back a "few" years. I had the pleasure of meeting your dad on several occasions as I volunteered for Main Street Morgantown when they had the WV Birthday parties downtown and I took care of organizing the crafters. Your dad was always one the first to sign up for the event. He brought along his pop can crafts. His airplanes were always a hit. He was always a kind soul and a real gentleman. My best to you all in a time of sorrow.
We were honored to know Neal - he was a very special person who brought laughter into a room. He was kindhearted, funny, creative, strong and caring. All of you are in our thoughts and prayers.
