So sorry to hear of Rod's passing. He was my baseball coach and golf buddy and an all around good guy. I'll always remember him singing "The hills are alive with the sound of golf balls" as we pulled into the parking lot at Green Hills with Creedence Clearwater Revival blasting on the radio. He was a reliable source of good jokes and the occasional tidbit of fatherly "wisdom". I smile every time I think of him. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

I worked closely with Rod when he was Judge McCarthy's court reporter back in the 1980's and 90's. He was a great, fun loving, entertaining guy. Everybody liked him. We were friends on a personal and professional level. May God give you peace and comfort at this time that Rodney is in a better place.
