I met Mrs. Miller a number of times due to my longstanding friendship with Mark, and enjoyed her hospitality when I joined the family to see a WVU football game long ago. She was gracious, had a nice sense of humor, and clearly has had a very positive impact on her friends, students and family down through the years. I knew that she collected owls, was devoted to her family, and loved seeing her grandchildren- but I just learned about her poetry, bowling etc. on this site, and wish so much that I had gotten to know her better. May God bless her husband, sons, family and friends with comfort at this sad time, and help them to remember and share happy memories of time spent together in her company, as time goes on.
