i wanted to express how sorry i am for your loss i knew Joe from the Youth services centerr he played an important role in my life he was wonderful to me while i was there , later when i was older i never graduated from high dchool Joe helped me to get my high school diploma through an external diploma program i always valued Joes opinions and his positive attitude on life I am a better person for having known Joe in my life i will miss him very much for his family take care and know you are in my thoughts and prayers Thank you Alicia Cutright

My sincere condolences to the Santos family in the passing of Joseph Santos. The loss of a family member is always painful, especially when it's a parent or spouse. I have known the Santos family for many years and have had the honor and privilege of spending time with Joe on my visits to Morgantown. I can honestly say that he was one of the most loving, caring, and generous people I have ever had the privilege of meeting. I extend my sympathy to Sharon, Eric and my good friend Tim (as well as other members of the Santos family and close friends). Take comfort in knowing that Joe is out of pain and in a far better place. God bless you, Joe. Rest in peace.
