To the Panepinto Family
In the 60’s Joe and I were fellow students in the WVU graduate program in Psychology. Because of his military service, Joe started about a month after our first semester began, and I remember wondering who this new guy was. But he became a great friend, a reliable colleague, and a helpful resource for advice on matters both academic and personal. I asked him and he accepted to be “best man” at our wedding.
Although it has been several years since I have seen Joe, learning of his passing has made the world seem a bit emptier and lonelier.
