I don't know your family, but wanted to extend my condolences...Bertha looked like a sweet spunky lady, and seemed to have such a kind generous spirit. Being not only a nurse, but also a child's mentor is such a caring, wonderful quality-I'm astonished at her umpf in creating the tutoring program that still operates today!! She clearly had a Godly devotion that helped her manifest such giving qualities, no doubt because of being an active member in her church, and so I'm sure she would have appreciated Rev 21:4 where it talks about how God "...will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will morning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." I look forward to a time I can meet her in person in God's paradise, whole and healthy and young the way God intended in the Garden of Eden. Many thoughts and prayers for your whole family until we see Bertha again.
