I'm Ivan James Stepp Jr. (Jimmy's) daughter, I am Little Wayne oldest cousin on his dad's side, hadn't seen him in a really long time. I have some good memories of him. He was such a little cutie with that platinum blonde hair. I'm so sorry he left the people he loved at such a young age. Praying the Lord will comfort you all.
