Floyd Raymond “Buzz”  Pancoast, III, 76 of Pursglove, passed away Friday, February 9, 2018 at Ruby Memorial Hospital of Morgantown, WV.

 

Floyd was born on May 3, 1941, the son of the late Floyd Raymond Pancoast, Jr. and the late Mildred Lucille Pancoast.

 

He is survived by his wife Mary (Wolfe) Pancoast; children: Sharon Gray and husband Robert, Paula Wyatt and husband Samuel, Terri Bennett and husband Todd, Lisa Pancoast and husband Roger, and Bubby Pancoast and wife Malissa; 19 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters; and several nieces and nephews.

 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded by his in-laws, Earl Wolfe and Ruby Shaffer and two great grand-children.

 

Family and friends will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown, WV on Tuesday, February 13 from 6-9 p.m. and again on Wednesday, February 14 from 10 a.m. to the time of the service at 11a.m. with Pastor Willard Rowan officiating.  Interment will follow in Bethel Cemetery.
