I am so sorry our family was out town and not able to pay respects to a wonderful person. Mr Caravasos was influential not only for me and my brothers and sister, but to all of us kids that were fortunate enough to get to know him. He was a civic leader, an honest and hardworking businessman and raised a wonderful Family. God Bless.

I would like to express my deepest sympathy to family and friends. May all of your good memories be greater than your sadness during this difficult time (Isaiah 25:8)

When I was 6 or 7, Jamie picked me up on my birthday, told me nothing, took me to the farm, we started digging up worms. I asked him why? He just smiled. Went to Cheet Lake, got in a boat. I caught my first fish, almost stomped a hole in the bottom of his boat with the excitement!!!. Then we drove to The James Restaurant, my dad's restaurant. He took me to the kitchen, the fishes were still jumping. He showed me how to clean the fish, tossed them on the grill, and I ate the fish in less than 30 min of catching them. WOW!!! Praise God Almighty for Jamie and the impact he must have had on others during his long life. Praise to Uncle Pete and Aunt Pearl for doing such a good job of raising a wonderful man.
