Obituary of Agnes Theresa Poole

Agnes Theresa Poole, 78, of Reedsville, passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at her residence.

Agnes was born in Petite Fort, Newfoundland Canada, the daughter of the late John and Margaret (Hynes) Hefferan.

She formerly attended Loving By Faith Church. She was a homemaker and cleaned houses for many years and was an animal lover.

She is survived by her children, J.K. Poole, Stacy Poole and his wife, Rebecca, and Theresa Poole; grandchildren, Journey Poole, Lori, Jessica and Andre Christian; siblings, Kenneth, Mike, Pat, Jackie, Stella and Anne; and her cat of 22 years, Georgetta.

Agnes was preceded in death by Her husband, John Edward Poole; daughter, Debbie Christian, and many brothers and sisters.

Family and friends will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown on Wednesday, April 4th from 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Thursday, April 5th at 10 AM with Pastor James E. Johnson and Pastor Samuel Cline officiating. Interment will follow at the WV National Cemetery in Taylor County on Thursday at 1:00 PM.
