I got to know Bill over the years as I operated a real estate company in the building next to the Flame Steak House and I leased parking from him. He was always cheerful and greeted people with a smile. His word was his bond. When Bill said he would do something it was better than being written on a piece of paper. His work ethic, integrity, and honesty are to be admired. He will be missed by his family, friends and all those with whom he interacted.
