I’m sure, like most of my relatives, I find myself not sure what to write that could possibly convey what one single man did to help shape the foundation and future of so many. Uncle Fred had his hands full trying to keep my dad, Dave, under control and out of trouble, and while some may have thought he failed given Dave’s antics, Fred was a rock and was a model for me and my family. I spent many summers as a kid in West Virginia and a memory I would like to share of my Uncle Fred is going to his farm and remembering him calling the cow’s “MoooCows” guessing now as an adult that it may have been something he just did in front of us kids. I am thankful that John and I visited W.V last year and spent some time with Uncle Fred and Aunt Sue and the hug I got from him. Rest in Peace Uncle Fred, you will be missed. Pam and John
