Mrs. Johns, Brian and Beverly - very sorry to hear this and my condolences to you. I remember your dad for all that he did while I was growing up near you all in Morgantown - him working various events at MHS, coaching Wilson Chevrolet baseball teams, driving us to Pirates games and those Boparc dances, taking us down to play basketball at Spruce Street Methodist church, seeing him mowing his lawn on Parkway Drive as I drove by on my way to my parents house. I know he will be missed and Morgantown won't be the same without him.

I’m so sorry for the loss of a great man who loved his God, Country, and his family. Jack hosted our MHS high school reunions and always did such a wonderful job. He always carried a smile and loved to engage in conversations with his classmates.
Jack will be truly missed by many people.
Rest In Peace dear friend!

Said it before and I'll say it again, he was the best boss I ever had. One of my fondest memories is when all of us went to lunch for 'Secretaries Day'. Knowing he would have to chip in on the bill, he announced, "The grill cheese looks good!" My Mom loved that line and used it for several years. He really could make everyone laugh. My heart goes out to Barbara, Brian, and Beverly.
