I was shocked and then very saddened by this news. I hadn’t talked or seen Donna for many years but I have such good memories of the times we all spent together. I can’t imagine a world without Donna in it. Thoughts and prayers to the family.

Donna and I were grade school classmates and took dance classes together during those years. As we lived close to each other, we would often go to dance together or play at each other’s houses. I remember her mom and grandmother well! Donna was a very sweet and kind person. My memories of times together bring smiles to my heart. Mr. Sanders and family, please know that there is now an emptiness at Senior Monongalians. Donna was not only part of "The Pearls" for many years but also occupied a seat on the Board of Directors. She contributed and shared so much knowledge, talent and kindness to everyone, including myself, at Senior Mons. I thank God for bringing her into our lives and for allowing us precious time with her.

Rick and family,
I’m so sorry to hear about Donna’s passing. I remember all the great times we had at the lake together and fun times we shared playing cards at your house eating chips and dip and drinking beer. Donna always had a way to liven up our get togethers! I wish I could be there to pay my respects in person but I am down south for the winter. Growing up, my aunt Donna was the coolest she was so vivacious and had no fear, I wanted to be just like her. The impact she had on me was incredible and I’ll always be forever grateful for the courage she gave me to just go for it. How lucky we all were to have been able share in her life and her in ours.

Donna was a big part of our group,The Rubies (MHS Class of 67 ladies) who meet for dinner once a month at Ruby Tuesday’s. Here we share memories, health issues, pictures of grandchildren and most of all a lot of laughs. Donna sat at the head of the table with me many a month and drank our special drinks. Her contagious laugh, smile and stories will be greatly missed. We all love you Donna. You were a part of our special family.
