Rosa Evalene Minear, 97, of Morgantown, WV, previously of Melrose Dr., Wooster, OH, passed away Sunday, March 17, 2019.
She is preceded in death by her spouse, Bruce Minear; daughter, Wilma Richardson; sisters and brother.
A private family committal service will take place at the Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
