Mrs Thomas as she was known to me was one of my favorite teachers ever. Such a kind, caring, compassionate, and motherly lady. She will be missed. Prayers for your family in this very difficult time and the weeks to follow. Good Ole Sally Sue Flinn; we were neighbors, she on Grand St. and I on Grandview Ave. Invariably when I was walking up on down Grand Street I would see Sally Sue as I walked by her home. She was always friendly and we would have various discussions about what was happening around town. I enjoyed our conversations and having her as a friend. Although we hadn't been in touch in recent years my world will have lost a bit of sunshine.

To the Thomas family I had the pleasure of being in Sallys General Business Class at UHS then after I graduated in 1989, I had the pleasure of working with Sally at Ronald McDonald House. Sally Sue graduated with my brother and my husband in 1955. We all have been friends for many years. We are sorry to hear of Sally's passing.
