Barbara and Pat: I just talked to Darrell Moorhead back in Clarksburg and he told me of Regina’s passing. Your mother was one of a kind. I really enjoyed calling her just to find out what she baking or cooking. That always made me hungry and then I would ask her to explain just what the ingredients were and then she would explain blow by blow just how she baked her prizes. She was one of my favorite “customers” and I liked her genuineness. Sadly, l always thought about calling her just to say “hi” but never did. I’m very sorry for that. Just know that she had a positive impact on my life.

hate to see the passing of this generation of a good and solid family. I have known them all. Bill & Biddy Stark were my most cherished neighbors since I first bought the old Sun Valley Service Station in 1972. Charlie Talbott built the station on land that was the Stark orchard, in 1958, & Bill laid up the concrete block work for it. Mary Murray was a fine neighbor also when she moved in between her parents house & Audie Stout & they all were the finest neighbors anyone could ask for. My favorite memory of Bill was him telling about buying a brand new Chevrolet car for the priest at St. Boniface. The next year the priest was transferred & left with the car. The next car Bill bought was put in the church's name.
