Deepest sympathy and prayers to Barbara and each of the Woodford children and friends ( especially my friend and classmate from Morgantown Junior High School and Morgantown High School Class Of 1976 JIMMY). My late parents and I have known the remarkable Woodford family since their arrival in Mirgantown ,WV in 1957. Each time speaking with Mr.Woodford, Mrs. Woodford , Jimmy and his siblings , youvalways frlt much better afterwards having shared great stories, memories, jokes, laughs and yes, all had enormous sense of humor creating smiles along the way. Mr.Woodfird particularly loved to cajole and kid my late mom Mary Edith Coddington Templeton and I. Known on many capacities in Morgantown,WV even chance encounters st the grocery store were cherished/ memorable events. Mr.Woodford and his entire family were genuine and authentic and once becoming friends were friends for life and always remembering to greet and say hello never too busy to do so.His effervescent, jubilant personality prevailed even despite difficult times or increasing health concerns bringing levity to others and positive outlook for self anc others.Will miss those smiles, updates about his most loved wife and. Hikdren, support of education, sports, Virginia School Of Dance dance recitals, Band, Dragons, Mohigans, and Mountaineers,his sense of community,twinkle in eyes, jokes that made you think and laugh with love.Share and cherish the myriad of great times and experiences you had and by communicating those with others through tears will come comfort and in time celebratory reflections on a full life well lived and will be with each if you and us for having known such an exceptional man as Mr.James Woodford.Blessings.
