I am so sorry for your loss, I am a fellow employee of Jim’s at Cleveland Brothers. As I read this remarkable life’s story of a truly special man who unselfishly gave so much to everyone inside and outside of his family. I couldn’t help but feel that I had been somehow touched by his spirit. I am also a veteran and can identify with being a part of something bigger than oneself. His story is inspiring and he will never be truly gone he has given us all life’s truest lesson through his actions and deeds. “ Until we regroup” Rest easy my brother. Thank you Neal A. Jim was a classmate of mine at BUHS and attended WVU with me. I assume he was also in Civil Engineering as I was but we never had classes together. I did meet him once at a conference but our paths never crossed after that. I settled in Mechanicsburg, PA (near Harrisburg) and worked for the same consulting engineering firm for 43.5 years. I am so sorry to hear of his passing but thrilled to read of the impact he made on the lives of those in Morgantown and throughout the world with his dedicated military service. I salute a true soldier, father, husband, dad and granddad and trust he is enjoying the blessings of Heaven as others here grieve his loss. My deepest sympathy to his wife, children and family as they put his body to rest.
With deepest sympathy,
Chester L. Allen
