Obituary of William Corob

William “Bill” Corob, 83, of Morgantown, died on Tuesday, January 14, 2020, at J W Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born on June 26, 1936, in Star City, WV, a son of the late Nicoli and Bertha (Stevens) Corob. Bill was known to serve the Lord and was a loving family man throughout his life. He was survived by his loving wife, Glenda (Nicholson) Corob; children: David, Tina, and Philip; stepdaughters: Trisha, Brenda, and Sharon; 14 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; and sister, Kathleen Spears. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two children, William E. Corob and Mary Jane Shank; and siblings: Nick, David, John, infant Robert, Olga, Frank, and Eddie. Family and friends will be received at Nicholson Chapel, Summers School Road, Morgantown, on Friday, January 17, 2020, from 6 – 8 pm and will continue on Saturday, January 18, 2020, from 10 am until the funeral service at 11 am with Reverend Kenny Reed and Reverend Francis Nicholson officiating.
