I would like to say a few words about friend i knew years ago. Paptick was a Cheat Lake local and legend and a friend of everyone. My mom would often talk about him and it always had to do with somthing nice he did , for someone else. As i got older i finally got to meet this big guy full of loud laughs and endless shenanigans. From the Purple Cow to the backwaters of Cheat Lake, Paptick keep it interesting. Thank you my friend for some life shaping lessons. Me, my mom Mary Jane Conley and sister Kim Conley send our prayers.

Scott,
It was always so much fun to be around you ! I just adored you in High School and loved running into you after we graduated. You were one of the funniest people I ever met. From High School to adulthood you were always good for a laugh or a joke. I also knew how kind your were to everyone you met. I know the last few years have been difficult and you have struggled with your health. I hope you knew how loved you were. Until we meet again Scott! Give a big High Five to my late husband Ron Weaver, who also thought you were one of the funniest people he knew.

Scott gave me my first sip of beer at a WVU game. He made me feel like the coolest kid on earth. I remember a story he told me of how he pissed off a WVU football player and then offered to fight the entire team one at a time. He did have a heart of gold.
