Celebration of Life

Celebration of Life to be held Saturday, July 24, 2021 from 2 PM to 5 PM Please RSVP at: https://www.celebratingdrbillneal.com/ location will be provided when you RSVP. This will be an outdoor open house with no speakers or central time to gather. There will be a pictorial display of Bill’s life and we hope you will visit with family and friends. Casual dress. All COVID-19 guidelines in place at the time will be followed.
