Obituary of Lois Jean Hart

Lois Jean Hart, 91, of Morgantown, passed away at her residence with her loving family by her side on Thursday, June 10, 2021. She was born on March 11, 1930, daughter of the late Wade and Eva (McMillen) Taylor.
Lois worked for General Motors and retired after 23 years. Throughout her life, she dedicated herself to helping her family.
She was survived by three children: Randy Hart and wife, Debbie of TN, Donald Hart of MI, and Glenn Hart and wife, Marcie, of Morgantown; grandchildren, Brian and Timmy, Chelsea, and Tommy; great-grandchildren, Spencer and Ethan, Lauren, Lyndsey and Liam; and daughters-in-law, Charlie Fields and Maureen Hart.
In addition to her parents, Lois was preceded in death by son, George (Eric); siblings: Keith, Donald, Denzil, Phyllis, and Leoda.
The family would like to thank Amedisys Hospice caring staff, Sara, Ginny and Emily.
Family and friends will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce Street, Morgantown, on Thursday, June 17, 2021, from 9 a.m. until funeral service to begin at 11 a.m. with Pastor Norma Stimmell. Interment will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
