I'm sorry to see this about your mom. She was a good person always nice to me. Have a lot of memories of the summer we played baseball. My condolences to you both. Will keep you and your family in my prayers

Rest in peace, Aunt Ginger. In junior high and high school, on the many occasions I forgot my house key, after the walk up Grand Street, I made one more walk across the back yard to her house to get the spare key! In college, I would walk down High Street and visit with her at First Baptist Church. I developed a relationship with the minister there, who later performed our wedding ceremony. She was so excited that it occurred at First Baptist and made the bulletins, which were, of course, perfect, along with every gift she ever wrapped! She came with Mom and Betsy to Dallas to visit me in 1989. She was a fun-loving lady, a positive person who was a joy to be around. I love you and will miss you very much!

I love Aunt Ginger. I miss her so much. I miss her smile and her laugh. I miss playing cards, celebrating birthday parties and having meals on Oliver Street. Thanksgiving dinner and Aunt Gingers homemade salad dressing were my favorites. Thank you for all the special visits we shared in Preston Co, in Pisgah.. May you Rest In Peace, Aunt Ginger.

I love Aunt Ginger and will miss her so much. All of my life, most every birthday party, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, 4th of July, even my wedding at First Baptist Church--she was present and loving. I'm so sad and can't imagine not seeing her smiling, encouraging, loving face. I'm encouraged that she is present with Jesus in Heaven, but will miss spending time with her and seeing her beautiful smile. I love you and will miss you.
