I am so very sorry to read belatedly of Scottie’s passing. She was such a sweet person. I will never forget how much pleasure she took in the interactions with the children in Vietnam while on the mission trip. I’m sure you will miss her very much. Janice Denison

Sending my love, prayer and condolences. May all your memories bring you peace and comfort. Growing up with Julie, I always thought Scottie was the sweetest, kindest mother. I remember her putting up with our crazy sleepovers and substituting at school for our teachers. Love to all of the family!

I was deeply moved to read the obituary for Scottie and and to learn so much more about her remarkable life of adventure and service. I knew her primarily through Ed with whom I worked on neighborhood issues, but whenever I saw them together, it was easy to see the love, respect and gratitude that nurtured their blessed marriage.
My deepest condolences to Ed on his loss and to the many who love them both.

Dear Judy,
Your outreach about Scottie is much appreciated, especially by me. The Suncrest Neighborhood Association is all because of you, a waiting 'vehicle' to be used to provide the neighborhood with an initial platform to pursue its storm water flooding problems. Thank you.
