We recently lost my brother-in-law to a tragic motorcycle vs F350 Super Duty truck accident, and thought I'd do something special for my mother-in-law as she grieves over the loss of her amazing son. As I was doing this, I came across a picture of this lovely, accomplished, and very admirable woman, as I was collecting some college pictures of my wife's maternal grandfather and grandmother from their college years at WVU. I was very sad to learn today of La Rue's passing. I feel very fortunate to have made contact with her later in life. La Rue helped me learn about and better understand my father, David. La Rue was one of the kindest and most gracious people I have had the pleasure to know. She will be greatly missed.

To LaRue's family-We were sad to learn of LaRue's passing.We are some of her neighbors and we will miss her happy smile and wave when we saw each other in the yard. She seemed to take such pride in keeping everything looking lovely. Though we did not socialize often we will feel a loss knowing she is not there anymore.
