To the David Rogers Family, This is Phil Dye from 149 Pennsylvania Avenue,Bridgeport,WV 26330. My brother Steve and i lived just down the street from David have very fond memories of the Rogers Family all the boys played football by our house. I am back living on Pennsylvania Avenue taking care of my mother. Mom is 84 years old. Where does the time go? Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. Your friend Phil Dye.

We were so sad to here the news of David''s passing. "Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid..for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you."-Deut. 31:6 We love you all!We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord (2 Corinthians 5:8). Linda and Family,So upset over Dave's end here on earth. I am so sad :) I have known Dave since 1978...Lots of memories. Wish I could share the stories with all of you...it would take weeks. Dave hired me for me very first job as as RT, and for that I will ever be grateful. I remember him as a great person and a good friend. So sorry for your loss. Wish I could be there...
