I just happened to see Billy's obituary on the website. My mother passed away on September 29th and Hastings assisted us. I remember those days my mother and father, Kenneth and Rose Anderson, use to bring me out to the farm. As soon as I saw Billy's picture, I remembered him vividly. Your family was very special to me when I was growing up and I have lots of fond memories of spending Sundays there.My deepest sympathies,Judy

THIS IS A RE-WRITE and a RE-SEND. THE FIRST ONE -- OCT 24 -- DID NOT POST. HASTINGS WAS NOT SURE WHY AND ASKED ME TO RE-WRITE and RE-SEND.Nancy, Becky, Eloise, Susan, and Harry: I was so sad to read of Billy's passing. He was always one of my favorite people -- with his smiling face, sense of humor, kindness and friendliness. Becky: I know his passing must have been very difficult for you. You two always had a special bond and were like twins. I've often wondered why we remember things that we do. But I remember you and Billy on the school bus, and how we were laughing and joking around.I thought of Billy each time I passed his house/trailer on the way to put flowers on the graves at Mt Pleasant Cemetery. I often thought I should stop and visit with him. I kept promising myself that I would, but I never did. I am very sorry that I didn't. I am sure I would have enjoyed the visit with an old friend.Again, your entire family has my heartfelt sympathy.Melodie

To: Whom it May Concern: I knew William whenever he was a janitor at Woodburn Elementary School in the 1970's, he was a very wonderful & fun & goofy man & he always used to cheer us kids at Woodburn up with his very good sense of humour & than everyone loved him whenever he was a janitor & than he was well liked by everyone who knew him & than this is a note of much sympathy & prayers to the Family during this difficult time of William's death & than deepest condolences to him also, sincerely, Danny Hobbs
