Ginny, Words cannot express what you are feeling now, just let me say you are one good person for the love shown Alex, he will not forget. I think Alex was the best humored person I know considering what he has endured for so long my hope is he is at peace and no longer suffering. Love always Sandy

Through Linda Edge, his sister-in-law,I have known Alex Gyorko, a man who has always been a loving, caring man who loves his family and has faced adversity in his life with a smile on his face, a man who was and is a role model for us all. I have never met Alex, but as I said, through Linda I feel I know him. God's blessings to his family and friends as I know he will be a great loss to many, but now I feel he will be watching over his loved ones from on high.

Oh where do I begin, the stories I could tell you about my wonderful uncle. One that sticks out the most and that my family was just talking about is how we would go to his house when we were little on christmas eve and while we were opening our presents, he would take the shoes, gloves, hats that we wore over to their house and while we werent looking, wrap them up and tell us he had another gift for us. He would laugh so hard as he saw the looks on our faces opening up our old shoes and stuff that we had just worn over there. Then he would tell us every year how all he had ever got for christmas was a little truck and and orange growing up....I will always cherish the memories of him. He always made me laugh...
