Our decades long friendship with Irene and Sam is one we always have and always will treasure. It was so easy to be their friends because we had much in common and mutual respect. We often think about the times we came together because we frequented the same restaurants. Theirs was a love and marriage like ours, surely meant to be and growing ever stronger over the years. While it is in the order of things that husbands and wives, their children and other relatives and friends are called to Heaven by God at different times, we are comforted by knowing that all who believe will one day be reunited there. Until then, our thoughts of Irene and Sam and their lasting love will always bring smiles to our faces.

We remember Irene and her energetic yard work. She always impressed us as how she made up for her size by the enormous amount of work she could do. She was always friendly and we liked her art. We will miss her. Our best wishes to Sam and family. Bill and Francoise
