Antonio (Tony) Scarcelli, 92, of Westover, WV died peacefully in his home with his family on Friday, April 12, 2013. He was born September 10, 1920 in Osage, a son of the late John and Antoinette Scotchell. Tony is survived by his wife of 60 years, Frances, his daughters and son-in-law: Patty Callen, Kris and Greg Kullman, Janet Scarcelli and Cathy Scarcelli, six grandchildren: Melissa and Art Carlucci, Michael and Chad Callen, and Johnathan, Sarah, and Matt Kullman; a great granddaughter, Madison Carlucci. and his surviving siblings Lou Scotchell, Jeanette Marra and Mary Barrill. In addition to his parents, Tony was preceded in death by his brothers Russ, Joe, and Frank Scotchell. Tony served in the US Navy from 1940-1946. He was a Morgantown barber and business owner for 40 years, an avid gardener, and outdoorsman. At his request, Tony will be cremated and a private memorial service will be held at St. Mary's Peace Garden Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Morgantown Hospice, PO Box 4222, Morgantown, WV 26504 or St. Francis DeSales Catholic Church, One Guthrie Lane, Morgantown, WV 26508.
