I was so saddened when I learned of Bill's death. He was a great mentor and friend, and when I worked with him in the office of Field Coordination, he made coming into work fun. I will never forget him.

out to each of you. I will always remember Bill for his caring and loving nature.
May God's peace be with you. Cherish the memories that you all created with Bill.

I've known Bill and Joyce since the early '70's. We worked together for years at the Department of State. They were close friends of my ex and I. We dined out often, and traveled, and laughed. I know he will be missed desperately, especially by my very close friend Joyce. I send deepest sympathies.

May your memories comfort you in this difficult time. I will forever remember Bill guiding me through the Passport Field Office. He was usually going through passport applications and chatting in the "smoke hole". He will definitely be missed.

RIP Mr. Malcomson. You were a great supervisor to this wide eyed girl just out of college. Even when the office was we swamped with work you kept your cool and had everyone pitch in to get things organized before we tackled the job. I am forever thankful for your kindness.

When I joined Passport Services in 1985, Bill was one of the first smiling faces I saw. He was a mentor and a friend. I remember taking a nap on the floor in a vacant office one day when Pops came up to me cautiously to kick my feet to wake me. He could not see my face and thought I was a bum off the street. He was a great friend and human being. He will be missed but always remembered. I am thankful and lucky to have known him and worked with him.
