We just learned of Shirley’s passing and are deeply saddened. She was such a generous person who we both loved. We don’t believe there is anyone who was more devoted to WVU Extension than she. Our sincere condolences to her family.

Aunt Shirley was a very special lady. Over the course of several years she sent me pieces of her salt and pepper shaker collection. I will treasure them. She and I were sometime partners in crime when they would visit Fargo. We would sneak away and go antiquing with a quick stop at Red Lobster for lunch. It was always a fun time. She and Gary were such a big help when our Mom died - they went way and beyond what we asked of them. Feeling grateful to have known her - she will be missed.
