Oh,Patti ... I just heard about the passing of your wonderful mother. I am so very sorry for your great loss. I loved your mother. I have so many fond memories of my time spent at your home that I actually drove by the house to reminisce. The word that describes my time there would be Laughter. Your mother was full of joy and had a smile that you don’t forget. Mrs.Ervin was a beautiful lady. You look just like your mom. May your precious memories of her be a comfort at this difficult time. May you know peace because your mother is with GOD and lives in his eternal care. My deepest sympathy, Tonya

My deepest condolences to you and your family. Your Mom was so wonderful and caring and loved her zest for life. I remember my time there in Morgantown and seeing her at events or by the office. She was a breathe of sunshine and will be sitting by our Mighty omnipotent God!!

Dear Debbie and the entire Ervin family:
With a heavy heart I write this condolence. Your momma was an amazing woman. I remember the "old" days of coming to Riverside church and your family being a huge part of the church family. Your momma always had a smile and a kind word for everyone. I never saw her in the fray of people who were in their small groups. She was someone who was happy to be a part of ALL of the members of the church family. You are so fortunate to have such wonderful memories to carry you through the next few days/weeks/months. Know that there are many who are here to share in your celebration of this great woman's life. The most recent interaction I had with your momma, she told me how wonderful my youngest daughter was and how full of life she was. She said she reminded her a lot of herself. Just know her life effects are far reaching in oh so many ways. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers this week and in the weeks ahead.

I had the pleasure of meeting her while she was working at the Circuit Clerk's Office. She was always sweet and after she retired, on occasions, we still continued to cross paths and I was glad we did. She was a great lady. She will be missed by all who knew her. My deepest condolences.
