Frank was a true friend and brother in Christ . we meet on the ARD 5 in New London ,Conn in 1958.We sent a lot of time at the Groton Gospel Chapel in Groton and a lot of time in the Chapel on base on our knees . He was a great witness for Jesus . He had been saved on the street in Providence by a Navy street preacher and was radically changed by the Power of God . One thing about him was hilarious , he could not carry a tune in a bucket .He and his buddy came to Conroe,Texas to see me and then he called me when he was not feeling well to talk for a while . I know I will see him again in Heaven when I get there in about 30 years . God put him in my life for a season and in my heart for a lifetime .
