Todd and I were very saddened to see that Foster passed but knew he was the perfect example of a life well lived. We enjoyed getting to know him at the monthly dinners at the Halleck Senior Center. He always had a good story to tell about his days at Wilson Works and was proud of his accomplishments. He seemed to never miss a beat even though he was 89 years old (which we would have never known had he not told us), but it was clear that he tremendously missed his wife. While we were saddened - it is clear that he lived a life to be celebrated. Prayers for God’s peace to surround your family as you honor a stellar member of the Halleck Community, and remember how blessed you are to be a part of his legacy. We were blessed to know him - even for a very short time and will never forget the time we spent with him. Todd and Cindy Scott
