I knew your Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother for the entire time I was in Morgantown. She was a wonderful member of our Choir at St. Mary's Star City, and she was an indomitable spirit. She was part of a group of ladies who kept me very much on the straight and narrow with great laughter and camaraderie. Ice Cream after Choir Rehearsals, great fellowship at all times, and a love for everyone around her. She was very proud of her family. She always had pictures and stories of Paul and Mark at the ready. She loved St. Mary's Community. Her faith was strong, and by example, she made our faith strong. We were all blessed by her presence in our lives. May she Rest in Peace. May you be comforted by memories of her wonderful life and her love for you. Sincerely, David J. Dear John, Bob, and Bill I am so sorry to learn of your mom's passing. Being your next door neighbor all those years ago I have many warm childhood memories than I can remember. I have always considered your mom a major moral influence in my teen years in 4 H. But my most cherished memory was when my wife Maureen and I were in Morgantown and went to Mass with your mom at St Marys in Star City. To be catholic and praying with your mon was a great honor for me. I am sure she is telling many stories at the table of the Lord above. God be with you St. Laura. Rob Sanders

Aunt Laura and Uncle Ted hosted my brother and sister and I for one month when we were kids, while my mom went with Aunt Helen to Italy. I remember running through their huge backyard and swimming in the neighbor's pool. She obviously loved kids and loved having them around. I wish I had been able to get to know her better. I enjoyed watching her service today. My thoughts are with you all.

Posting a fond member of my Nana, who for years and years hosted our annual Thanksgiving tradition, always falling within a day or two of my birthday. I'm grateful for the connection she gave us to our Italian family and relatives, who we maintain relationships with to this day. I'm grateful for the hours of play at her house and in her backyard and the time spent hearing stories from her and my grandfather of their earlier years and of my dad and his brothers growing up. Nana, I'll miss you. I wish you could have met your great-grandson Stone and enjoyed his laughter and energy. We will pass on the stories and traditions and connections to our family in Italy -- these will be part of your continued legacy and love. Rest in Peace Nana, Mark, Vai and Stone
